Intermediate SIG
The Intermediate Special Interest Group (SIG) offers information on various Internet sites and basic computing questions. Come prepared to participate and ask questions. The SIG is led by Rik Larson.
Refer to the club’s Newsletter for dates and times for the current and/or upcoming month.
The SIG meets January - December on the 3rd Wednesday of the month from 1:00 - 3:00 p.m. at the Mission Oaks Community Center. Meetings are not held if the day falls on a holiday or when the Mission Oaks Community Center is closed. Meeting times may be delayed in November and December due to Center activities.

The Intermediate SIG uses the club’s new laptop running Windows 7 and Rik’s own laptop running Windows XP. Members are welcome to bring their own laptop or a thumb drive containing any files with which they may be having problems (especially those with some of the Microsoft Office software).
Rik starts each session by asking the group for their questions and then spends the session responding to those concerns along with some pre-determined subjects he has identified.
